1-on-1 Packages


How It Works:

You can book a free consultation call by clicking the button on the right. The call will be around 20 minutes, I’ll listen to your general goals, tell you about what I do and how I can help, and we can decide if we’re a right fit. (Yes, this is completely online, so you can be based anywhere in the world!) If we decide to move forward and work together, we’ll have an initial call where we go through a questionnaire and I get a better sense of things like your values, preferences, health history, etc. and use that to outline the entire action plan which will either include both nutrition guidance and a specially designed workout program if you’re looking for health coaching, or specialized yoga sessions if you’re looking to do yoga, or a combination if you’re interested in doing both.

1-on-1 Health Coaching

You’ll be given calorie and macronutrient guidance, and I will support you in planning your nutrition, in addition to helping you build a better understanding of nutrition over time so that you have autonomy in making your own food choices and changes. Calories and macros will be adjusted with every phase of your progression, and so will your workout program for the gym or at home. We’ll have weekly check-ins to track your progress and make any necessary changes, but you’re welcome to contact me whenever you have a question and I’ll reply as soon as possible.

A 12-week minimum commitment period is required as this is typically the amount of time people need before actually seeing any significant results in their body. The point of this coaching is to help you get to a desired health goal, and also give you the knowledge and tools to maintain it once you do, rather than having you rely on someone outside of yourself for that for the rest of your life. I’ll provide helpful information and resources when relevant, and support you with building better habits.

1-on-1 Yoga

Group yoga’s great, but sometimes we want to go deeper into our practice and work on very specific elements or we want more focused assistance in immersing and familiarizing ourselves with the practice in a more concentrated time frame. Your goals may be to help ease your anxiety and improve breath work, build a deeper connection with your body to have more presence, or even just have a purely physical practice. Whatever it is, similar to the health coaching, I’ll listen to what you want out of your practice and build sessions especially designed for you and your interests. We’ll also have a short reflection period concluding each session with where you can also express what you wish to work more on in the next one.

Please note that I can only work with a maximum of 15 clients at any given time. To ensure quality of service, I am unable to accept more clients than that.
